1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 These sales terms apply to your purchase in the Greenland Airports Online-Shop. By shopping on our webshop, you accept the following terms and conditions.
1.2 This webshop is operated by Greenland Airports International A/S, CVR no. 40149953, located at Qeqertanut 1, 3rd floor, 3900 Nuuk, Greenland.

 

2 CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE IN THE ONLINE SHOP

2.1 To purchase duty-free goods on our webshop, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be over 18 years old.
  • The purchase is made in connection with an international flight to and from Nuuk Airport.
  • You must be able to present valid travel documentation.

2.2 You guarantee that you are over 18 years old and that the information about age, name, and address is correct.

3 ORDERING

3.1 When ordering through our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation. The order confirmation is not an acceptance of your order but a receipt that we have received your order.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel or change your order if there are price errors, the item is out of stock, or if technical errors occur. We will contact you in such cases.

3.3 We must receive your order no later than 1 business day before the pickup time. Pickup occurs in connection with your trip to or from Nuuk Airport.

 

4 PAYMENT

4.1 All prices are stated in DKK, and payment can be made with Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners.

4.2 Payment is made when the goods are picked up. If the goods are not picked up at the agreed time, the purchase is canceled.
 

5 SOLD OUT ITEMS

5.1 Your items will be packed immediately before the pickup time. Items may be out of stock, and you will be contacted by an employee as far as possible.
 

6 PICKUP

6.1 Items ordered through the webshop must be picked up in the Duty-Free shop at Nuuk Airport on the day of departure or arrival. You must present valid travel documentation and a receipt upon pickup.

6.2 Pickup of your items will take place at Nuuk Airport in the locker system located by the elevator in the arrival/departure hall in the Duty-Free shop. The locker system is only accessible to international travelers.

6.3 Items are packed so they are ready for pickup no later than 2 hours before the selected departure/arrival time.

6.4 Your purchase will be canceled if you do not pick up your items at departure/arrival. If there are problems with departure/arrival, you can contact us.
 

7 COMPLAINTS

7.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our store staff as soon as possible before leaving the airport. The right to complain is 2 years.

7.2 Remember to bring proof of purchase when making a complaint.
 

8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1 You can cancel your purchase after pickup. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the pickup date. It is a condition that you can return the item in the same condition as when you bought it.

8.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must always be able to present a receipt for your purchase and return the item in its original undamaged/unopened packaging.
 

9 ERRORS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

9.1 We reserve the right for price errors and printing errors as well as errors in reproductions of the product and product information.

 

10 PRIVACY POLICY

10.1 We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act. In this connection, we must provide you with a number of information.

10.2 When you shop in the Online-Shop, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for us to deliver our service. Information is deleted after 5 years.

10.3 You have the opportunity to gain insight into the information we process about you.

10.4 We use cookies for functionalities and improvements of the Online-Shop.

10.5 If you wish to exercise your rights or have questions, please contact us in writing.

 

11 DISCLAIMER

11.1 We reserve the right for labor disputes and force majeure affecting Greenland Airports.

11.2 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the webshop and will be effective from the time they are published.
 

12 COMPLAINT ACCESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

12.1 Any complaint can be made in writing to duty-free@airports.gl. You can also file a complaint with the Consumer and Competition Authority in Greenland, see www.aua.gl.

12.2 These terms and conditions are subject to Greenlandic law, and any disputes must be settled by the Greenlandic courts.
